Alim S. Stickney

Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer

Email Address: Astickney@coreveia.com

Who is Alim S. Stickney ?

Alim S. Stickney is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of CoreVeia Solutions. With more than 15 years of project accounting and financial consultancy experience across global engineering and architectural firms, he brings fiscal accountability, revenue recognition expertise, and executive-level financial advisory to the firm’s growth.

As Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer, Alim Stickney is building CoreVeia’s financial infrastructure and strategy from the ground up, applying the same rigor and executive-level advisory approach that has defined his career to support the firm’s growth and its clients’ mission-critical programs.

Alim built that foundation over more than 15 years in project accounting and financial consultancy, primarily within global engineering and architectural organizations, specializing in fiscal accountability, revenue recognition, and the optimization of project and organizational profitability.

Prior to co-founding CoreVeia, he spent over four years at Ramboll Americas — a global engineering firm with more than $1.9 billion in annual revenue — serving as Project Controller and primary financial lead for Principals and Project Managers across a high-value project portfolio. He advised leadership on risk assessment and Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) forecasting, safeguarded ASC 606 revenue recognition compliance on complex, multi-phase engagements, and developed financial-management training that improved project setup accuracy firmwide.

Earlier, he held senior financial roles at Lessard Design International and CallisonRTKL, where he led a firmwide Deltek Vision implementation, managed project budgets ranging from $2,000 to $15 million, and authored monthly revenue recognition and variance reports for VP of Finance and CFO-level stakeholders.

Alim’s expertise spans ERP and accounting platforms including Deltek Vision, Deltek Maconomy, Microsoft Dynamics, and Great Plains, along with advanced Excel-based financial modeling. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt and has led internal audit, QA/QC, and process-optimization initiatives that increased the speed and accuracy of budgeting, invoicing, and reporting cycles for multi-billion-dollar organizations.

Alim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from La Salle University in Philadelphia. He serves as Treasurer for the Fort Washington Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and for Friends of Kevin M. Harris, and is an active member of Delta Sigma Pi and the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA).

Dr. Danielle M. Jones

Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer

Email Address: Djones@coreveia.com

Who is Dr. Danielle M. Jones ?

Dr. Danielle M. Jones is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of CoreVeia Solutions. An organizational development specialist, educator, and entrepreneur with a decade advocating for more than 75,000 educators and stakeholders across Maryland, she brings deep expertise in complex systems, stakeholder engagement, and strategic leadership to the firm.

As Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Dr. Danielle M. Jones oversees CoreVeia’s organizational risk, crisis management, and public reputation strategy, directing emergency-preparedness planning and communications for the firm and its clients through critical situations.

Dr. Jones built that foundation over a decade-long career advocating for more than 75,000 educators and stakeholders across Maryland as a UniServ Director with the Maryland State Education Association (MSEA), an NEA affiliate. There, she developed and refined a system to monitor grievance and appeals processes governed by local bargaining agreements, state law, and federal law — giving associations the data to negotiate contracts and drive continuous improvement.

Her career began as a public-school educator across special education and general disciplines, K–12, and as an Upward Bound liaison and coach for aspiring college students in mathematics and science — an experience that anchors her transformational leadership style: building environments where stakeholders communicate openly, collaborate productively, and grow professionally.

Dr. Jones extends that leadership through RapSesh, LLC, her own consultancy providing management mentorship to minority and small businesses — helping clients develop business, organizational, and strategic plans, and guiding individuals through securing project grants.

At CoreVeia, Dr. Jones applies that same systems-building discipline to organizational risk, crisis readiness, and reputation strategy, helping the firm and its clients navigate high-stakes situations with the same rigor she brought to education policy and advocacy.

Dr. Jones earned her B.S. in Psychology from Morris Brown College (1998), her M.S. in Special Education and Early Childhood from Wheelock College (2000), and her Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Organizational Policy from Grand Canyon University. She was selected for Harvard Kennedy School’s Executive Certificate program in 2019, 2020, and 2023, and serves as an executive officer of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and on the Board of Directors of Emerge, Incorporated.

Stephen W. Blackman

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Email Address: Sblackman@coreveia.com

Who is Stephen W. Blackman ?

Stephen W. Blackman is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of CoreVeia Solutions. A human capital and organizational effectiveness leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning U.S. Army leadership and enterprise HR strategy, he brings the operational discipline that turns workforce challenges into practical systems that improve execution.

As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, Stephen Blackman directs CoreVeia Solutions’ daily operations, translating workforce challenges into the practical systems and organizational discipline that improve execution — an operator’s approach built over two decades of human capital leadership.

Stephen built that foundation across more than 20 years in the United States Army, progressing through human resources operations, recruiting leadership, workforce training, quality assurance, Equal Opportunity, and regional talent operations. He earned the Glenn E. Morrell Award — U.S. Army Recruiting Command’s highest recognition for recruiting excellence — was named Guidance Counselor of the Year, and was identified by senior leadership as a top five percent performer, earning three Meritorious Service Medals, four Army Commendation Medals, and nine Army Achievement Medals along the way.

Stephen carried that leadership into the civilian sector, currently serving as HR and Talent Development Lead for an AI-focused technology organization, where he built workforce planning capability from headcount and skill-gap analysis to a full competence matrix, designed the EDGE+F performance framework and a 22-module manager curriculum, and stood up a structured 90-day onboarding program and an ISO 9001:2015-aligned HR Quality Management System.

Stephen co-founded CoreVeia Solutions to put that same standard to work for clients directly: diagnose what is happening beneath the surface, understand why execution is breaking down, and build the systems that help people and organizations move in the same direction.

His focus now is standing up CoreVeia’s operating structure and organizational design practice — building the operating rhythms, decision frameworks, and delivery models that let the firm scale its workforce and organizational-effectiveness consulting alongside its other service lines.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Nathan Price

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Email Address: Nprice@coreveia.com

Who is Nathan Price ?

Nathan Price is the Co-Founder and CEO of CoreVeia Solutions. A retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer with more than 30 years of military and federal leadership, he owned executive-level workforce, risk, and program portfolios for the Department of the Navy before founding CoreVeia to bring that same standard of accountability to clients in the private sector.

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Nathan Price sets the strategy, growth direction, and client commitments for CoreVeia Solutions, drawing on more than three decades of leadership earned at the highest levels of the Department of Defense.

Nathan built that foundation in the U.S. Navy, enlisting in 1992 and rising over 22 years of active duty to Chief Petty Officer (Surface Warfare) and Senior Enlisted Advisor — the senior leader entrusted with the readiness, discipline, and welfare of every sailor under his command. He held senior leadership and advisory posts at the highest echelons of naval command, including a staff tours with the Chief of Naval Operations in the Office of Director of Financial Management (FMB-1), Commander, Submarine Group SEVEN / Task Force 54/74 in Yokosuka, Japan, and Senior Enlisted Advisor and Administrative Officer for Maritime Prepositioning Ships Squadron TWO in Diego Garcia. His service spanned shipboard and aviation leadership aboard FFG/DDG/CVN to expeditionary operations in Bosnia-Herzegovina in support of Operation Joint Endeavor. He retired from the Navy in 2013, having earned numerous Navy and Marine Corps Commendation and Achievement Medals for decisive leadership under pressure.

Nathan carried that leadership into federal civilian service at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), where he has spent more than a decade taking on progressively larger portfolios. As Deputy Chief of Staff and Workforce Development Manager for NAVSEA’s Cyber Engineering and Digital Transformation Directorate, he owned workforce and billet strategy across more than 100 technical and cybersecurity positions, built the real-time Power BI and SharePoint dashboards executive leadership used to track hiring, risk, and readiness, and shaped organizational strategy at the table with senior decision-makers. He later took ownership of cybersecurity compliance and system accreditation as Risk Management Framework liaison. Today, as Program Analyst and Planning Yard Manager, he owns execution of an $861.3 million Littoral Combat Ship sustainment and modernization contract — holding schedule, budget, and delivery accountable across military, government, and industry stakeholders.

Nathan Co-founded CoreVeia Solutions to put that same standard to work for clients directly: the discipline to run complex programs without excuses, the judgment to make the call when it matters, and the accountability to own the outcome rather than just advise on it. It’s the difference between an organization that manages problems and one that resolves them.

His focus now is growth — expanding CoreVeia’s reach across the government, healthcare, technology, and defense sectors it already serves, building a team that carries the same accountability culture he spent three decades instilling in others, and positioning CoreVeia as the partner organizations call for execution, not just advice.

Nathan holds an active Secret security clearance. He is also a dedicated community leader, serving as President of the Dale City Sports Club and on the board of Northern Virginia American Youth Football, mentoring young athletes across Prince William County.

  • Program & Contract Oversight (DoD-Scale Portfolios)
  • Workforce Development & Talent Strategy

“I spent thirty years learning that mission success comes down to discipline, trust, and taking care of your people. That’s the standard I hold CoreVeia to every day ~ simply put “We Make It Work.”

— Nathan Price, Founder & CEO, CoreVeia Solutions

Earlier in her career, Marian led enterprise IT project integration and cybersecurity-focused technical delivery at Jacobs and BAE Systems, and directed global IT project teams and infrastructure initiatives for FSA LLC — giving her firsthand experience building technology and delivery organizations that operate under the highest standards of accountability and security.

At CoreVeia, Marian applies that same discipline to a growth-stage technology company: setting the technical roadmap, selecting and governing the systems and tooling that keep engineering and delivery teams aligned, and serving as a trusted advisor to CoreVeia’s executive team and board on where technology investment should go next.

Marian holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Scrum Master certification, and CompTIA Security+, and is pursuing an M.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Maryland, building on her B.S. in Management and Human Resources from Park University.
