About the Role



Coreveia is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and results-driven
Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation
through successful completion. The ideal candidate will translate objectives
into actionable plans, coordinate teams and stakeholders, manage timelines and
resources, and ensure projects deliver measurable results.




This role requires someone who can bring structure to complexity,
anticipate challenges, communicate clearly, and keep projects moving forward.



What You'll Do



  • Lead projects from planning and initiation through execution and closeout.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success measures.

  • Coordinate internal teams, consultants, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Track project progress and proactively address delays, risks, and challenges.

  • Manage project priorities, resources, dependencies, and budgets.

  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear ownership of action items.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and status updates.

Preferred Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 2–5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, operations, or a related field.

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies.

  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or another relevant professional certification is an advantage.
